NBU Interactive SL is committed to managing its manufacturing activities, supplying parts, and high-spec engineering assemblies with the highest standards of quality, safety, health, and respect for the environment.
The management of NBU personally takes on this commitment and extends it to all its employees, suppliers, and subcontractors.
QUALITY — ISO 9001:2015
- Consistently meet our customers’ requirements by applying documented processes for order review, technical verification, and product control.
- Establish, review, and communicate measurable quality objectives that are consistent with this policy and aligned with the organization’s strategic direction, serving as a reference framework for performance improvement.
- Comply with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our activities, products, and services.
- Manage processes in a controlled and documented way, including the evaluation and monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Develop team competencies through effective training.
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY — ISO 45001:2018
NBU carries out its activities mainly at its facilities in Madrid (offices and machining workshop) and occasionally visits suppliers’ and clients’ facilities. The OHS risks are typical of these environments: working with machinery, handling materials, and business travel.
- Providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and health deterioration, appropriate to the context, size, and specific risks of the organization.
- Establishing, reviewing, and communicating measurable OHS objectives, consistent with this policy, that serve as a reference framework for improving safety and health performance.
- Identifying hazards, assessing OHS risks, and taking the necessary measures to eliminate hazards and reduce risks, prioritizing controls at the source.
- Promoting worker consultation and participation and, when Proceed, through its representatives, in the development, planning, and implementation of the OHS management system.
- Comply with the applicable legal requirements regarding occupational health and safety, in coordination with the External Prevention Service and the Work Accident Mutual.
- Acknowledge that no task justifies exposing an employee to the risk of preventable injury or occupational illness.
- Continuously improve the OHS management system.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION — ISO 14001:2015
The main environmental aspects of NBU’s activities include waste generation (including hazardous waste from machining), energy consumption, and impacts associated with the supply chain.
- Prevent pollution and minimize the environmental impact of our activities, including the proper identification, segregation, and management of hazardous waste in accordance with current legislation.
- Establish, review, and communicate measurable environmental objectives consistent with this policy, serving as a reference framework for improving environmental performance.
- Comply with applicable compliance obligations: legal, regulatory, and other environmental commitments adopted by the organization.
- Manage resource consumption responsibly, favoring the use of renewable energy for our own use and adopting environmental criteria when purchasing products and services.
- Improve continuously improving the environmental management system to enhance the organization’s environmental performance.
NBU’s Integrated Management System meets, at a minimum, the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
All NBU employees are responsible for implementing this policy within their areas of work.
Management communicates it, keeps it up to date, and reviews it at planned intervals to ensure its suitability and ongoing effectiveness.
